Altec provides a 100% money-back guarantee on all new and remanufactured toner cartridges. We guarantee that under normal use and storage conditions, our products will perform to your satisfaction.
Altec further guarantees that if you are not completely satisfied with our products we will resolve your problem and or refund your money.
In addition, we warrant that under normal use and service conditions, Advanced Lazer Technology's toner cartridge, printer ribbon, or inkjet cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to the printer, copier, or fax machine in which the product is used.
Should damage occur, we will replace or refund the cost of the defective product and repair or reimburse you for the costs associated with repairs to your equipment.
We further warrant that the use of Altec products in any of your machines will not under any circumstances void the manufacturer's warranty.
